Privacy policy
Last updated October 21, 2026
Avennd, LLC (“avennd”, “we”, “us”) is building one place for a family’s money. avennd isn’t open yet. This policy covers this website, avennd.com, and our waitlist. When the avennd app opens, we’ll update this policy to cover it before anyone creates an account.
The short version: we collect as little as we can, we never sell your information, and you can ask us to remove it at any time.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist
Your email address and the date and time you joined. That’s all. The form has no other fields you fill in.
When you write to us
If you email us, we get your email address and whatever you choose to tell us.
When you visit avennd.com
Like every website, our hosting provider handles technical details your browser sends to load a page, such as your IP address, the page you asked for, and your browser type. We use these only to deliver the site and keep it safe from abuse, not to track you.
This site doesn’t use cookies, ads, analytics, tracking pixels or third-party scripts. It runs no code in your browser at all.
How we use it
- To tell you when avennd opens, and to invite you to join.
- To answer you when you write to us.
- To keep the site and the waitlist working, safe and free of abuse.
- To follow the law.
We don’t sell your information, share it for advertising, or use it to build a profile about you.
Who helps us
A few companies handle information for us, only to provide their service to avennd and under contract to keep it safe:
- Amazon Web Services hosts this site and stores the waitlist, in the United States.
- Google provides our email.
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect people from harm or fraud, or as part of a merger or sale of avennd, in which case this policy keeps applying to it.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist email until we’ve told you avennd is open and for up to 12 months after, unless you ask us to remove it sooner. Emails you send us are kept as long as we need them to help you. Technical details from visiting the site are kept by our hosting provider for a short time for security.
How we protect it
Your waitlist email is stored encrypted, only a small part of our system can add to the list, and nobody at avennd can see it without a reason. No system is perfect, but we work hard to keep your information safe.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can leave the waitlist at any time. Write to help@avennd.com from the email you signed up with. We’ll answer within 30 days and won’t treat you differently for asking. These choices are for everyone, wherever you live.
Kids
This website and the waitlist are for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13 here. If you think a child has joined the waitlist, write to us and we’ll delete it. When the avennd app opens, kids will only join through a parent, and this policy will explain how we protect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. If a change matters for how we use your information, we’ll tell you by email first.
